Returns Policy

Please read my Returns Policy to understand how I handle returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:

I accept returns for products within 14 days from the date of receiving goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

Follow these steps to make a return:

  • Contact me at hello@domedwards.com to request a return.

  • Securely package your item and include the returns details on the package.

  • Ship the item back to the address provided.

Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item, I will notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

If eligible, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you prefer an exchange, I will ship the replacement item to the address you provided.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If I made an error in processing your order, please contact me and I will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately. I will arrange for a replacement or refund.
